Meet the Artist

Jonah Spector is an artist based in Greensboro, North Carolina, where he lives with his beautiful wife and two cats. He loves creating, tending to his plants, spending time with the people he loves, and finding inspiration in the world around him.

Jonah creates pen sketches of unique architecture, landscapes, city scenes, and the small details that make a place feel alive. He is especially drawn to Southwestern desert scenes, as they pay homage to his 30+ years living in Arizona.

Art has become an important outlet for Jonah. As a licensed clinical social worker in private practice, much of his work is centered on scaffolding support for people and helping them reconnect with themselves, in a world where disconnection is enforced. Making art gives him a different kind of space. It helps him slow down, notice what is around him, and create something one little line at a time.

For Jonah, continuing to explore passions is one of the most important parts of being alive. This art shop is one expression of that, and he is grateful you are here taking a look at his work.
